Gordon has worked in Higher Education for over 20 years in a variety of roles, including Financial Aid, Diversity and Inclusion, Multicultural Activities and Student Life. He is currently the COCC Coordinator Student Activities and Events.
Gordon has served as the COCC Afrocentric Studies club advisor for over 10 years. He is actively engaged in presenting and lecturing on diversity and inclusion programs and projects within the Central Oregon Community as well as restorative justice and equity workshops and youth summits.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Oregon University.
